Meaning Behind the Usage of Incense
Incense used in worship of Buddhists usually amount to 3 sticks. 3 Incense sticks represent "abstinence", "determination", "wise". According to Buddhist teachings, taboos gave birth to a determination, and determination to wiseness.
Incense in its usage in Buddhism there is usually a sequence in putting the joss sticks that also contain its own meaning. Usually starts with plugging the middle, then right then left.
